Graphs not usable after upgrade to 1.8.3

    Hi all,

    a question:

after i Upgraded from 1.8.2 to 1.8.3 all my graphs are not usable any more.
i only can see some points in it.

    What i did:

    - compiled zabbix from sources
    - changed executables from 8.2 --> 1.8.3 (without changing the Config files)
    - changed the web content
    - Let the Database exist as 1.8.2 with all content.
    - Deleted Indexes like mentioned in Upgrade path
    - vacuum analyze + reindex Database (18 GB)
    - improved Pollers to 50
    - improved DB connections to 30

but: no chance to get graphs with 1 , 2 , 3 , 6 hours. 12 Hours is sometimes ok, 1 day is ok for all.

Any Ideas ? Is it a bug or do you encounter the same issues ?

    additional data:

    monitored Hosts: 306
    Items: 21800
    requiring server Performance: 654.84

      seems to bre resolved

      Hi all,

seems that the problem resolved itself.
after searching around a long time yesterday, i found out that the queue was too full.

after waiting a while the queue empties and i found out that some SNMP Polls are blocking. I disabled these Polls and now it seems perfect again.

Logic: if something is blocking the polling of performance data, zabbix do not get the needed information to display graphs. After eleminating the blocking elements all Data were fetched perfect. No problem with the high count of items :-)

but interesting. If something is wrong , zabbix knocks out itself and you get blind :-)

summary: all in all agreat tool with some "special" features.
