upgrade procedure

Hi All,

If I want to upgrade from 1.8.2 to 1.8.3 do I have to take backups of database, config files and binary files?

having a backup of the database is always a good idea.
same goes for the config files.

binaries you can usually recreate easily, so probably not that much need to back them up.

oh, and by the way, you don't have to patch the database when going from 1.8.2 to 1.8.3
