    Reporting help

    Hello All,

I need to create what seems like a simple report based on server uptime. For example, I have a LAMP server. It would be considered down if it is unpingable, apache isn't running, or MySQL isn't running.

All the items are set up and I have triggers and actions all working properly but creating a report showing cumulative uptime for each host based on the individual items isn't as easy as it appears on the surface.

    Any pointers?

You should look at "IT Services".
You can define SLA for "Web Server" as depending on ping trigger OR apache trigger OR mysql trigger.
