I was wondering, if somebody has ever configured or set up zabbix in such a way, that web users (for example, a support team) can restart, stop or do all kinds of support tasks on the servers from the webinterface?
Now, I know that zabbix can do remote command execution, but as far as I am aware, this is 'trigger' based, and needs to be configured to run after a certain trigger has been created (For example: webservice down, trigger: restart webservice..)
I was thinking of using this so that non 'technical able' people (sales for example, lol) can start and stop certain parts of our system so they do not have to bother me as a sysadmin..
