Adding sever (> 100) mount points to a host

Adding a lot - hundreds - of mountpoints is really tedious....

Is there a way I could add a lot of mountpoint very fast?
Can I do this using the database?
Or do I write some script using the API (is it ready?)

The API is probably going to be the best way to do this. However there is a small warning, the API is still evolving so things may change slightly between versions and you script may break slightly between versions.

Let me know if you need help with this.
