Hello!
We use Zabbix to the toner levels to monitor
all network printers in our company.
At the Sharp printers is no problem,
have in their OID for the MIB, a toner,
which is displayed directly in %.
But the Kyocera printers and HP printers are not directly
displayed as a %, you must calculate the value of the first to come to %.
Example:
SNMPv2-SMI:: mib-2.43.11.1.1.8.1.1 = INTEGER: 20000 * * Maximum toner
SNMPv2-SMI:: mib-2.43.11.1.1.8.1.2 = INTEGER: 225000
SNMPv2-SMI:: mib-2.43.11.1.1.9.1.1 = INTEGER: 5200 * Current toner *
100 * 5200/20000 = 26%
How can I adjust to the elements in Zabbix,
he calculates the OID he draws directly so?
Now when I click Audit - Current data and I go look at the toner for this printer writes Zabbix 4 K%.
But this is false. I wish that he writes directly 26%,
just as it did at the Sharp. How does it work?
