but in some companies that are out of my network have no problem with opening doors for communication
where q is the agent returned to the server would not need to have open ports of entry in firewall business customers ...

Yes,
check "Active checks" in documentation, this will help you going through NAT, however you will still have to open ports (10050,10051 tcp)
