no email notification sent

Hi

How can I toubleshoot why my emails are not sent?

1. Email is added to user
2. Media type is completed - and verifyed from console
3. Action is configured with "trigger value = PROBLEM"
4. Events are showing - but nothing in the "Action" column

Any clues?

Check Administration -> Audit, select Actions in right top corner.

Works now - I deleted the user and created it again - now mail is sent
