Screen graphs not showing latest data

    Hello,

I've set up a custom screen with many graphs. What isn't making sense to me is that the graphs on the screen show a timeframe from this morning, but if I go to configuration-> screens, the graphs show the current data.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Is the time on your client and server correct? Also is there a timezone difference between the two? Also is the timezone in the php.ini file correct?

      I'm seeing similar problems.

Timezone is set correctly everywhere, to answer a previous question.

For some reason, the latest data is not displayed in the graphs. (The data is intact and shown in latest data, last 500, etc).

      I'm running 1.8.3.

Silly question, is the time selection slider all the way to the right?

There's no such thing as a silly question (particularly when someone is trying to help another!)

In my case, yes, it is.

            Found in an old thread...

I wonder if this is a bug that has come back?

              slider

That's the problem... There is no slider to set when making a screen... If I click one of the graphs from the display screen, the slider isn't all the way to the right. I can manually slide it over and see current data, but when I go back to my custom screen with multiple graphs, the timeframe being displayed is from earlier in the day.

I'm having the same problem as rapt & jxjackso, running 1.8.1. Did you ever find a solution?

(Apologies for bumping an old thread, didn't know if I should make a new one).

                    fixed for me

I added a graph to a screen and it showed no data. This thread caused me to notice that the dates on all the screen graphs were in the past, and pre-dated the graph I was adding.

If you look at the top of the screen you may notice a "Filter" header with down arrows on either side. Click that to reveal a date select slider, slide it all the way to the right, and then all graphs become current.

                      Why is this bug ignored?

I have been having the same issue. It is obviously not an issue with system times or sliders. It's a bug.
I've been promoting Zabbix at my last two employers, but the apparent lack of attention to problems, at least from this forum, worries me.
I have seen a few issues that seem to never get resolved here.
Is there a better place to ask questions?
I am willing to pay for support - would that get me answers to problems like this graphing one?
                      My server is 1.8.11 w/MySQL.
People see my screens and that's what they see immediately - "Why is the graphing not current?" I have to hear it from the Nagios/Cacti guys that Zabbix is buggy. Please help.

                        workaround

I got around the "no data" problem by appending these parameters to the url:
                        &stime=now&period=3600

                        Regards,
