    how to "forget" a host

Something went wrong with my discovered hosts: They've got all triggers twice. Once with "Template_Debian" in front of it, and once without. (Template_Debian is a modified version of Template_Linux, which was originally linked to these hosts.)

Manually cleaning this up didn't look very attractive to me, so I deleted one host and hoped it would be discovered again. Maybe I did not wait long enough, but by now it wasn't :-(

Is there some way to tell Zabbix to forget a host completely to get the auto-discovery again? Or maybe there is a more efficient way to cleanup the duplicate triggers of all hosts?

Any helpful comment would be highly appreciated

Why don't you 'Unlink and clear' both Template_Linux and Template_Debian from your host and start from scratch?

Zabbix prevents items duplicates erroring out if for each double item but will remain silent on the double Triggers creation.
It's up to you to guarantee the Triggers universe added to each host.
