How to erase the hostname on graphs

Hello all,
I can't find any other post about how to not show the server name on graphs so I ask here
When I create a graph the name only shows what I write but when It's showed on the Monitoring-->Graphs the graph is called like "Hostname:<Graph name>".
How can I show my graphs with only "<Graph name>"?

You will need to go into the code to affect that change.

I believe the file you will need to edit is include/graphs.php.

You can search "$graph->setHeader" in PHP sources.
For example in chart2.php around line 135, you'll find:

$chart_header.= $host['host'].': '.$db_data['name'];
...
$graph->setHeader($chart_header);

Remove

$host['host'].': '.

from first line and that's it !
