Urgent help with actions needed

Hi all,

i have a very strange problem with email actions on zabbix 1.8.3

i have an action configured to send out mails, and it works, with 3 email adresses.

If i add another user, it would be ignored, if i change the email address of a working user, the mail would be ignored, if i change the mailaddress back to the original, the mail will be sent out correctly.

I tried a extra action with the specific users that didn't work, without success.
I created a Group with all the mail recipients, but only the 3 mail addresses which worked before, are used for the action, all the others are ignored.

And, if i create a new User and give him one of the working email addresses, the email is ignored too :-(

Can me help somebody pls, thats very strange to me :-)

And, there is nothing in the zabbix-server.log, is there any other zabbix log i could check?

I tested it on a second server with the same result.

Are there any ideas why zabbaix ignores some email addresses?

You must guarantee every user added to the Action belong to a Host Group with read permissions over all the monitored Hosts.

if i change the email address of a working user, the mail would be ignored

Can't explain this particular situation though.

Administration | Audit and selecting Actions from the upper right dropdown list.
