Is it possible to resolve hostname for an item name?

Hi.

Is it possible that Zabbix automatically resolves hostname and puts it in the Host name and DNS name of the host?

Scenario:
Discovery will find hosts by IP address and adds it as an host.
The host is monitored by IP address.

Changing the name manually is is quite a work if you have multiple machines, so having automated way would be great.

Also updating the Host names time from time would be good, especially if someone changes the hostname for a particular IP address.


Is anything like that possible?
