Information on CONFIGURATION OF ACTIONS

I noticed that in the configurations of actions on the messages, there is an entry Recovery message.
I wanted to understand if this option once enabled automatically allowed to send the message when the problem falls
It 's very important to me because I would reduce the action

Recovery message informs about PROBLEM being resolved.

OK -> PROBLEM : standard message
PROBLEM -> OK : recovery message
