Not exactly, what I'm looking for is something like a key defined like this...

userparamx[last([host:]key)]

Where userparamx is any parameter defined in the agent, and host:key any key on any host or in the same host, what I'm looking for is a way to pass a parameter to an item which is the last value (or any other function -avg, regex- etc) of another item.

I'm afraid that it is not possible. According to documentation of macros, {host:key.func(param)} is not allowed in Item key's parameters.
