Almost daily zabbix reports everything down

Hi

Almost on a daily basis, zabbix shows majority of devices down. We then have to reboot the server to resolve the issue. This works fine for a day or say, then it reoccurs and everything shows red on the Zabbix console. Only way to resolve it is to reboot the server (restarting Zabbix-server services doesnt help)

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appretiated.

What version are you running? Also, info on the OS and the basic machine would be helpful.
