How to disable a trigger at a particular time

One of my server load very high for backup at a particular time.
And at that time, I don't want to received any notifications.
So how to modify the zabbix configuration to disable the trigger?

You can also add a "Time period" condition to the Action if you still want a trigger event but not the notification.
