Handing Server Restarts...

Folks,

I have some servers that restart in the early hours of the morning. Each server restarts at a different time, but its a set time.

What's the best way of handing triggers and alerts to allow for these restarts? During these allowed restart times I don't want to send out no-ping or service down alerts, but outside of these times I do, and if the server hasn't come back up after a certain time, I want to send out an alert.

Wow, looking at my requirements, I have a feeling its not possible now!

You mean this ?

After defining the Maintenance window don't forget to make use of the 'Maintenance status' condition in the intended Action.

If I understood your last requirement,
you'll also want to make use of Escalations to send an alarm if a Trigger remains activated X minutes while in maintenance mode.
