One Action for several triggers

Hi,

Is it possible to have a single action generated for multiple trigger conditions and then have that action sent via media ? The message in the media (email/text message) must contain the conditional triggers and several other parameters related to the triggers.

Please guide.

yes, in a way.

If you triggers have a similar name, you can use an action condition [Trigger description like ...]

Right.

Think of your Action conditions as filters.
Any Triggers caught by those conditions will be acted upon.

Bear in mind if you're not cautions in the chosen conditions you'll reach a point where you'll have partially redundant Actions,
which will be responsible for multiple notifications/actions over the Triggers that fall under those Actions.
