Cisco devices Interface Status

Hi
Is there any way automatically to list all cisco interfaces and determine up or down interfaces?or I have to manually add related OID and then define one trigger on every interface?
I think zabbix need to have one wizard to automatically detect OID for all interfaces for devices and list and then check up or down.because surely in every network there are switches and routers.

Does anyone know if there is a solution for this? Would be very useful in our scenarios also.
