Howto send SMS alerts via a gsm modem ?

I have a gsm modem i've been using for Nagios to send SMS alerts and I just discovered zabbix

Is it possible to setup SMS alerts ?

Any howto floating about ?

hello, im new in zabbix and i have the same problem i dont know how to configure zabbix to send a SMS alert by using a GSM phone conecting to USB

i will realy apreciate any help, if anyone know where can i find information about it please let me know
