Mail alert if Service stopped over time

Hello and greetings,

i am installing an Zabbix Server to monitor about 60 Hosts. slowly i get used to the handling of zabbix.

now my problem is:

I have a special windows service to monitor. this service restarts at unspecified time. this restart of the service takes up to 3 minutes.

the trigger i created updates every 180 sec.

now i want zabbix to alert me via mail only if the service is down for more than 5 minutes.

i thought about to set the update time to 5 minutes, but i think if the check happens at an moment when the service is down zabbix will send the allert time.

the trigger i use is:
{'server':service_state['service'].last(0)}>0

i got the answer from a support Personal.

for others with the problem:

the trigger expression is:
{'server':service_state['service'].count(300)}>0

.count(300) is for 5 minutes
