Is it possible to get As is and Delta Simple Change on a key under same host.
I know the key has to be unique. But is there any way to do it.
It would be useful but, it is not possible.
As a workaround, you can create one item with "As is" and create a "Calculated item" with "last(host:item)" formula and store value "Delta Simple Change".
Make sure that you set the same update interval for both items.
