Been reading Doc and forum but I have not found answer. Wanted to test a signon to a web app, Decided to use piwik as a simple and easily available test. I have the example of the zabbix manual for signin on to zabbix itself. I see macros but cannot seem to make it work. I have a step to go to the site . A step to signon . Fail on step 3 when want to verify I got to the piwik admin screen.
My question is - how do the names of name & password correlate to what is on the signon screen? Or don't they? Does the signon need to change if the label on a application signon screen uses different words on the text? In the example below does the step need to key in on Username & Password since they appear on the screen
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Piwik # Open Source Web Analytics
Username:
Password
Sign In
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name={user}&password={password}&enter=Enter (from manual)
should it be Username={user}&Password={password}&enter=Sign In (for Piwik)?
Clearly I'm struggling to see why it works. I also would love to see 3 or 4 different examples so it becomes more obvious why things work.
