iamyuweiii, welcome to the Zabbix community!

First I must ask, how far along are you on "Reading The Fine/Freaking/F*ck*ng Manual?"

Cisco routers are often monitored using SNMP which is a protocol Zabbix supports. This is covered in the manual. Also there are many forum posts and a few templates too for Cisco devices. If you look near the top of the web page for this forum you will see a link for search. Search is your friend. Also as I mentioned there are a few templates available for Cisco devices, they are found in the wiki, http://wiki.zabbix.com.

If you have more specific questions about Monitoring SNMP based devices, or something is not clear to you in the documentation please ask and one of us will do our best to help you.
