Here. max function should answer your question:
        {host:icmpping.max(60)}=0

          Kein problem.

It's a good idea adding a nodata condition to the check,
          Code:
          {host:icmpping.max(60)}=0 | {host:icmpping.nodata(120)}=1

I have always thought that nodata is only useful for zabbix trapper and zabbix agent in active mode items.

If I set an icmpping with a 30s period, I always get a value (either 0 or 1) every 30s or am I missing something ?

            Regards,

You're correct, I wrote that without remembering that.
if .nodata() function is used, the trigger expression will be recalculated every 30s.

The expression can be rewritten (for active agents, please try for passive ones) as,
              {HOSTNAME:agent.ping.max(60)}=0 | {HOSTNAME:agent.ping.nodata(120)}=1
