dell server with esxi 4.1

Hi all,

i want to monitor my dell r710 servers with esx1 4.1 on it
i found something with esxi 4.1 but this solution was on hp server.

so does anybody have a solution für dell servers and esxi 4.1?
hints are also welcome :-)
