Unavailable Problem

Hi!. I'm wondering if someone could help with this problem:
Some of my hosts on zabbix are showed as unavailable and others as available, but then when the page updates the ones who are available are showed as unavailable. Here's a picture of what i'm saying:



My other problem is that my host of SNMP don't show data and when i see it in maps it shows as unknow. Here's a picture of what i'm saying:



What i did was to disable the triggers and now in the map it shows as ok all the routers but it doesn't show any data. Here is the picture of the map:



I really hope someone could help me. Thanks in advice!

well,
some of your items are probably simple checks, others are SNMP checks...it actually seems to me that everything works fine - why do you think this is a problem?
