Zabbix database is down

Hoi,

I took over a Zabbix system (1.8.3) and I'm a bit lost here. When I restart the server I receive an alert SMS telling me the Zabbix database is down. Make sense that I get this alert but two things are confusing me:

- where do I get that message from? I couldn't find any configuration that triggers that SMS in case of DB connectivity lost
- I don't get an acknowledge when the server is running again, where can I configure this behavior?

Hi,

Database down message configuration is under Administration/General and Other option in drop down list (top right).

AFAIK, there is no "database up" message.
