Actions - Resend every 3 hours if not "ACKed" problem

Hey guys,

My Action is configured as you can see in print attached.

The problem is that the action sends ALL the triggers that have alarmed and did not alarm more ... He just keeps sending every 3 hours ALL the alarms that have been stoped through email.

I would like to resend only those who had not been "ACKed" yet ...

You need to add a condition:

Trigger value = "PROBLEM"

That will trigger on actual problems, not everything
