Recovery message

Hi all

i want zabbix to send a problem notification to our servicedesk system so i have created a trigger to send a ticket if a monitored system is down for more then 5 minutes.
I set the trigger up without recovery message so i should only get the problem message in the servicedesk.
for one strange reason the ok messages are sent to it as well.

i am missing something here?

Perhaps you forgot to add condition "Trigger value = Problem" to your action?
