Hello! i'm kinda new on the world of zabbix and i want to know how can i writte a reason for failure on the IT Services. I would like to know how to configure my IT Services in order to see the reason for an error (For example an unreachable router). I notice that theres a space between status and SLA on IT Services and i want to know how to fill it.
