Set Time in Zabbix 1.8.4 Appliance

I`m running Zabbix 1.8.4 appliance,
in the system console I see the correct date and time,
but in zabbix the time is -1h,
how can I correct this ?

perhaps wrong setting of /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini?

date.timezone = CEST

Setting this is not enough, you have to restart apache:
