How to upgrade from 1.8.3 to 1.8.4

Ok. This is my first topic so i hope someone could give me a hint of what i need to know.
I have zabbix 1.8.3 but i want to upgrade to 1.8.4 and i would like to know how to do this. I already check the documentation and wiki but it only says how to upgrade from 1.6.x to 1.8.x.
It would be the first time i do this so i hope someone could give a good orientation to know in wich direction i must go.

Thankyou for your help! Now i'm happy to say that i'm on zabbix 1.8.4
