Problem with a SessionID

Hello,
iam a absolut beginner at the zabbix monitoring system and i need youre help.

What i try to do?
I start to login oure web portal with User name and password over zabbix. After that i must activate a Link.The goal is to check if this link response. (HTTP Statuscode 200)
My Problem is, that the link change with every session. How i can get the actual session ID from that link with zabbix? Is it possible?
