    Hi thuongnv,

Thank you for the detailed diagram. Zabbix can use a remote smtp server so no need to install one on CentOS.

When you see the trigger occur on the dashboard, do you see that Zabbix is actually trying to send an email. You can tell by highlighting the number in the "Actions" column.

If there is no number in the actions column, double check the configuration of the Action. Or post a screenshot here.

If you can see that Zabbix is trying to send email but it fails, or the email never arrives, you may want to check the following:

    - Does the exchange server accept smtp connections?
    - Does the exchange server require authentication? (This is currently not supported by zabbix)
    - Does the exchange server accept the "From" address as defined by "SMTP email" in the media?
    - Does the exchange server accept the "To" address as defined in the user's media?

Do you really have an account at gmail called [email protected] ?

My email is set up as follows:

        SMTP server: localhost
        SMTP helo: localhost
        SMTP email: [email protected]

[Note that on mycompanymailserver there is no email account called zabbix]

        For more, see here: http://www.zabbix.com/documentation/1.8/manual/web_interface/administration?s[]=smtp&s[]=hello#media_types

        MrKen
Disclaimer: All of the above is pure speculation.
