Web scenario

I am using web scenario to monitor status code and download time of web pages. My problem is that web scenario monitor only the page and not all the elements included in the pages like css, js, images.
Do you know, if there is an easy way to do the same as a wget command ( like wget -k -H -p http://www.zabbix.com/) for a monitoring a full html page.
I think i have to create my own script but i would like to know if there is an easier way.
