Meaning of the "status" parameter?

Hi there,

i just found this section in the zabbix 1.8 manual:

Example 7

Server is unreachable

{zabbix.zabbix.com:status.last(0)}=2

The 'status' is a special parameter which is calculated if and only if corresponding host has at least one parameter for monitoring. See description of 'status' for more details.

I can`t find the description of the "status" parameter anywhere in the manual. Can someone point me to the right manual page?

Well if anybody needs to know, I found that host status values are mapped in Administration->General.

Host status
0 ⇒ Up
2 ⇒ Unreachable
