zapache problem

I can use zapache to monitor localhost itself but cannot use to monitor other host in zabbix monitoring. It show zabbix agent cannot support. Why this happen? Anyone can help me??

I apologize for digging up this old thread. However, I felt it would be helpful to note the template needs to be adjusted from "Zabbix Agent" to "External Check" for the type.
