Zabbix Footprint in South Africa

Good Morning

I am New to the Zabbix Forum and the Zabbix software so please bare with me..

Our Company is in the market for a Network monitoring tool one that can monitor Linux devices and also an asset management tool and We also need to Dispatch a Technician once a fault is picked up by the service desk via a Job Card

Now...
I have been messing around with Zabbix and actually find it to be a great tool (thanks Guys)....
Monitoring part is fine....
Asset management i feel can be done with the Inventory part in Zabbix.. (is there any way we can customise the fields available in the Extended host profile screen) ?
but i cannot seem to find how Zabbix will help with the dispatching, any idea?

I am also a bit concerned about the reports in Zabbix..can these be customised or are they standard?

One more Question…
Could you please let me know of Zabbix users in my country (South Africa) that has used Zabbix…and also what support structure your company has in SA..
Once again I really enjoy the product and would like to make a strong nomination for it… so any help with be appreciated.

Yes there is more than just your company in South Africa that uses Zabbix, we currently monitor around a 1000 hosts across Africa of which most is around South Africa.

The reporting from Zabbix is a small component that they are not focusing to much at the moment on, but there is Jaspersoft reporting and also a custom add on script for Zabbix to do reporting for you.

For dispatching faults you can use the mail component in conjunction with the Actions configurations, we use it to log calls to our help desks across the country.
