zabbix is temporarily unavailable

i've install zabbix in my computer and when i want to access to the interface web it shows me the warning : zabbix is temporarily unavailable and another message: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (111)[/usr/share/zabbix/include/db.inc.php:58]

so i try to find the solution but no way and it flip me out so plz help me

Either check your configuration file or take a look if Zabbix boots before SQL does

its okey i resolve the probleme it was about the config thx for helping
but i have one more question what does it mean the number 15 and 60 in this:

NetIn15 is just a name for your performance counter, you can name it the way you want as long as you use the same name on the server item configuration

60 is the period on which the agent will perform an average .

hi hope all is well your end,
i have a similar problem you had earlier with the error :mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) [include/db.inc.php:58]

i am a bit new to zabbix , can you please assist me on how you solved it
