Log monitoring problem

I have problem with log monitoring.

I have created an item with log["/usr/local/resin-pro-3.0.12/log/stdout.log","handle","UTF-8",100]

I go to latest data and I dont see any last updated or any latest data.

Am I missing something?
I am using 1.8.3 and I have turned off all pollers and trappers on the server config file....
Could this be an issue?

when i look at the item trigger for the log item i get host unavailable.....however for other items like user parameter check it has no error.

Just some extra info
