Vertical Legend on graphs right or left?

I have a question about the location of the vertical legend on graphs. If I build a screen with several router bandwidth graphs. For some reason, most of the graphs have the "speed" on the right hand side of the graphs..

However, there are some with it on the left hand side. I cannot figure out where the setting is to customize this so they are all the same (either right or left for consistency)... Any help is greatly appreciated..

When you add a new item for the graph you can select Y axis side, left or right.
