Does Inventory on zabbix 1.8.4 work?

Hello, everyone. I'm using zabbix appliance 1.8.4. The Inventory does not function at all. It is supposed to list my devices(hosts), but nothing is displayed actually. Did I miss any conifg or setup anywhere? Anyone come across this problem? Thanks in advance!

in 1.8 you have to enter data for inventory manually - see host properties, "profile" sections
