is there any way to clone or template or script the creation of IT services?
We'd like to determine SLA for our colos based on multiple layers of services.
Our basic IT services:
5 service groups per colo (HostGroup).
if all nodes in any service group are down the colo is down.
This same structure would apply to a number of colos, approximately 40,
only hostname changes.
It would be very tedious to manually set this all up.
Is there any way to duplicate the configuration via templates or clones or command line mysql script?
Also can SLA be calculated for last month, quarter, or given range?
Not just last x days.
