windows active checks

Hi,

I am just looking into putting zabbix into my platform and have encountered a problem with the event logging side of things for the windows agent.

I have compiled zabbix 1.8.5 and installed it on debian squeeze.

when trying to monitor the eventlogs i find that i am not seeing anything on the server.

I have downloaded a template from the wiki that does windows event logs, however zabbix server is not seeing them

the zabbix_agent.log on a windows 2003 server shows the following:

PS i have XXX'd out the hostnames for obvious reasons.

I have tried the client from version 1.9 but am still seeing the issue. is this a known issue or have i done something wrong?

my config for the agent looks like this

Server=172.26.30.35
ServerPort=10050
Hostname=XXXXX
ListenPort=10050
StartAgents=5
DebugLevel=4
LogFile= C:\zabbix_agentd.log
Timeout=5

oops

sorry, i just figured out that the server port is 10051 not 10050 and its started working for me.
