Push data from Win32 agent example

I would like to setup a “push” system from a Win 32 client . Can I do this? If yes, can someone help with an example of having the agent monitor :
service_state[IISADMIN]
service_state[MSPOP3Connector]
service_state[MSExchangeIS]

Then push the findings to the Zabbix server.

This is my first install of Zabbix. Any help client or server wise would great.
