Hierarchical Proxy?

Hello!
My name is Peter and i would like to know if there is any solution for hierarchical proxy?

I would like to monitoring computers in different vlans and i can't allow that every proxy could connect to the server directly because of policy.

If i setup proxys in vlans, and i config these proxys to send data to a main proxy which can connect to the server, could the main proxy collect data from these proxys and send data to server?

Could it work or it is a stupid idea?

Routing is not solution because of policy.

maybe use distributed monitoring with nodes rather than proxies ?
you'll have to dig in the documentation on how to do that :-)
