How not display warning if some critical trigger exists

I have 2 triggers, for example "Disk usage /home < 10Gb" (warning) and "Disk usage /home < 5Gb" (critical). How not display warning, if critical already activated.

    First trigger:
    "Disk usage /home < 10Gb" and "Disk usage /home > 5Gb" (warning)

    Second trigger:
    "Disk usage /home < 5Gb" (critical)

    does that answers your question?

        Yes, but no

In such case when critical trigger switches on the contact person receives two notifications (Warning UP and Critical Down). Surely we can send only Critical notification, but in the triggers list user still see excess Warning messages.

Have you implemented two-steps trigger type in Zabbix 2.4 version?

        thanks!

Take a look on trigger dependencies.

Warning trigger can be dependent on Critical trigger and you will have a Warning alert only(!) if Critical trigger is NOT active.
          Sincerely yours,
          Aleksey
