Unacknowledged icon on Map
Hi list!
I have a map configured to show only unacknowledged issues.
On this map I have some map's elements configured to type "map".
These map's elements are configured to show diferent advanced icons for each diferent trigger state.
Example:
Map element 01 (type: map):
Default: icon0
Problem: icon1
Unknown: icon2
Maintenance: icon3
Disable: icon4
If one of the triggers who belongs to the map element 01 changes from state OK to PROBLEM, the icon from map element 01 changes from icon0 to icon1. This is ok, it should be so. However if I ack this trigger, the icon doesn't change back to icon0!
I think that if I want a map who shows only unacknowledged issues, the icon displayed when I have acknowledged trigges should be icon0 and not icon1.
I don't know if I am interpreting the meaning of "display only unacknowledged problems" right. If so, this could be a bug on map's icon display. Or not?!
